Large guitars such as this tend not to have the immediate projection of smaller models, instead expect a dynamic response with full and complex overtones, particularly suited to fingerstyle playing. It’s size can be daunting for many and is therefore the rarest McNally model. I always find that those who do get a chance to play one are surprised at how much smaller it feels when played sitting down. The premise for the design was a “Jumbo Sized OM”
